Chris has spent most of his life living out of his backpack, travelling the world and immersing himself in dangerous challenges. It‘s a key part of who he is to push himself physically & mentally -  whether it’s walking long distances, rowing oceans, cycling across countries or running marathons Chris commits himself fully to achieve the unthinkable. Chris works with a variety of charities & brands that are committed to protecting the environment & He’s passionate about ensuring he has as low impact as possible in everything he does

Chris gave Forfar Rotary Club a very interesting talk on his life from a child in in Gillingham to all parts of the globe, his exploits through University & how he became a Scout Ambassador. 

His deep interest in the environment & what we can do to make it better. From Burma to India, Cambridge to Paris & to Athens to rowing across the Atlantic to rowing around the UK taking water samples for analysis until having to be rescued off the Mull of Kintyre in a westerly gale.

Chris the Coast walker is a well-deserved but hard earned name by walking every bit of the coastline round the UK and raising £40K plus for Children in Need. Excellent speaker and subject.
