Having made the Journey all the way from Tower Bridge in London heading south and round Britain up to the Mull of Kintyre through the worst storm in the Irish Sea for 38 years myself & my crew were heli rescued. Although it remains unfinished business for my I have resolved not to see it as a complete failure and instead reframe what I take from that experience and turn it into positives…
Rescue can be frightening but for me it’s just part of the ride and honestly if the things I did were easy then I’d probably not attempt them.
